I like using Bottom Eye of Round, but you can also use Eye of Round, or Flank Steak.
To make it a little hotter, add 2tbl hot sauce. I like Hot Sauce From Hell, but you can use your favorite. Trim all the fat off the meat and slice it about 4 - 4.5 mm thick. If you partially freeze the meat it will slice much better. Mix remaining ingredients in a freezer zip lock bag and then add the meat. Marinate for anywhere between 1 to 3 days. Place meat in dehydrator till meat is dry. It should be pliable, but not craking. |
